Our project
The main characteristic of our project is the modern and conscious vision of the responsibility of managing and adapting forests to the socio-economic reality of our times.
The inability to foresee the problems derived from agro-silbo-pastoral practices that are especially harmful to the environment have resulted in the almost total destruction of the native forests of our continent.
Irresponsible deforestation (only justified by short-sighted greed) and the lack of an adequate environmental policy are the main mistakes made by other generations. For these reasons and the great existing technical possibilities, we invest in an integration project between our economic activities. We try to preserve the forest core by promoting sustainable management of the forests, both in the extraction of wood or the heart of the palm, so that it regenerates.
There is enormous untapped potential in the forest, especially in the field of pharmacology and food. All scientific evidence indicates that the active ingredients of plants, roots, wood, oils, fruits, etc. They are still little known and investigated.
The world depends on the balance of the ecosystem. Economic and social success is only possible in a country where forests are not destroyed indiscriminately. By using nature in a rational way, we will all create a better and permanently sustainable world. It is thanks to Valdir Vargas (1937-1985), a pioneer when it comes to nature and the person largely responsible for the viability of this project.
